Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                   
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 22 Suspending Uniform Rules                          
24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the Alaska State Legislature                    
concerning House Bill No. 445, relating to operating a motor                   
vehicle, aircraft, or watercraft, be placed at the bottom of today's           
calendar.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
