The roll was taken with the following result: CSSB 349(JUD) Third Reading - Final Passage Court Rule YEAS: 19 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Donley, Duncan, Ellis, Frank, Halford, Jacko, Kelly, Kerttula, Leman, Lincoln, Little, Miller, Pearce, Phillips, Rieger, Salo, Sharp, Taylor, Zharoff Excused: Adams and so, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 349(JUD) passed the Senate. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the Court Rule change. Without objection, it was so ordered. CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 349(JUD) was referred to the Secretary for engrossment. SB 353 SENATE BILL NO. 353 "An Act amending Alaska Rule of Criminal Procedure 24(d) relating to peremptory challenges of jurors in felony criminal proceedings" was read the second time.
