Senator Zharoff moved and asked unanimous consent that he be                   
shown as a cosponsor on the bill.  Without objection, it was so

SENATE BILL NO. 342 "An Act relating to risk based capital for                 
insurers; and providing for an effective date" was read the second             
time.                                                                          
                                                                               
Senator Kelly moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption               
of the Labor and Commerce Committee Substitute offered on page                 
3266.  Senator Duncan objected, then withdrew his objection.  There            
being no further objections, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 342(L&C)                   
was adopted.                                                                   
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 342(L&C) was read the second time.                      
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                   
SENATE BILL NO. 342(L&C) be considered engrossed, advanced                     
to third reading and placed on final passage.  Without objection, it           
was so ordered.
