Senator Duncan offered Amendment No. 2 : Page 2, line 15: After "years" Insert "A chair shall be elected by the voting members of the board." Senator Duncan moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 2. Senator Rieger objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objections, Amendment No. 2 was adopted. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 250(FIN) am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.
