SENATE BILL NO. 293 "An Act relating to the authority of the                   
commissioner of natural resources to reconvey, or relinquish an                
interest in, land to the United States if that land or interest being          
reconveyed or relinquished is identified in an amended application             
for a land allotment under federal law" was read the second time.              
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                   
BILL NO. 293 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading                
and placed on final passage.  Senator Ellis objected, then withdrew            
his objection.  There being no further objections, it was so ordered.          
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 293 was read the third time.                                   
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall SENATE BILL NO. 293 "An Act                        
relating to the authority of the commissioner of natural resources to
