MESSAGES FROM THE HOUSE Message dated February 14 was read, requesting the agenda for the Joint Session to hear Senator Murkowski's address on February 15, 1994, be amended to include the confirmation of the Ombudsman. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the Senate accept the amended House invitation. Without objection, it was so ordered. The Secretary was requested to notify the House. STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS SB 220 The State Affairs Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 220 "An Act amending schedule IIA of the schedules of controlled substances applicable to offenses relating to controlled substances to add the drug methcathinone, commonly identified as `cat" and recommended it be replaced with CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 220(STA) "An Act amending schedule IA of the schedules of controlled substances applicable to offenses relating to controlled substances to add the drug methcathinone, commonly identified as `cat.'"
