Message dated February 14 was read, requesting the agenda for the              
Joint Session to hear Senator Murkowski's address on February 15,              
1994, be amended to include the confirmation of the Ombudsman.                 
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the Senate               
accept the amended House invitation.  Without objection, it was so             
ordered.
