CONSIDERATION OF THE CALENDAR SECOND READING OF SENATE BILLS SB 213 SENATE BILL NO. 213 "An Act extending the Alaska Public Utilities Commission and the regulatory cost charge" was read the second time. Senator Pearce moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 3777. Senator Adams objected.
