Without objection, Senator Phillips was excused. #END HB 160 Senator Taylor moved that the Senate rescind its previous action in passing HOUSE BILL NO. 160 am S(efd fld S) "An Act relating to the time for filing certain civil actions based on a defect in an improvement to real property." Objections were heard. The question being: "Shall the Senate rescind its previous action in passing HOUSE BILL NO. 160 am S(efd fld S)?"
