Senator Donley offered Amendment No. 2 : Page 5, line 22: Delete "eight Insert "twelve" [EIGHT] Delete "one" Insert "two" [ONE] Senator Donley moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 2. Senators Pearce, Taylor objected, then withdrew their objections. Senator Leman objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSSB 212(FIN) Second Reading Amendment No. 2 YEAS: 11 NAYS: 6 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 3 Yeas: Adams, Donley, Duncan, Ellis, Frank, Halford, Little, Miller, Phillips, Salo, Taylor Nays: Jacko, Kelly, Leman, Pearce, Rieger, Sharp Absent: Kerttula, Lincoln, Zharoff Kelly changed from "Yea" to "Nay". Sharp changed from "Yea" to "Nay". and so, Amendment No. 2 was adopted.
