SB 198 SENATE BILL NO. 198 "An Act exempting certain activities of the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities from the regulation provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act and allowing other procedures for those activities; and providing for an effective date" which had been placed at the bottom of today's calendar (page 1620) was read the second time.
