SB 198 Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE BILL NO. 198 "An Act exempting certain activities of the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities from the regulation provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act and allowing other procedures for those activities; and providing for an effective date" be placed at the bottom of today's calendar. Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE BILLS IN SECOND READING SB 45 CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 45(RLS) "An Act relating to persons under 21 years of age; relating to programs for runaway minors; providing for designation of shelters for runaway minors; relating to the detention and incarceration of minors; and providing for an effective date" which had been returned to the Rules Committee (page 1547) was before the Senate in second reading.
