Senator Lincoln moved and asked unanimous consent that she be                  
shown as a cross sponsor on HOUSE BILL NO. 88 am "An Act                       
establishing May 1 as Family Day and the month of May as                       
Preservation of the Family Month; and relating to the prevention of            
child abuse and neglect in the family."   Without objection, it was            
so ordered.                                                                    
Senator Pearce moved and asked unanimous consent that she be                   
excused from a call of the Senate from 5 p.m., March 24 through                
plane time, March 31.  Without objection, Senator Pearce was

Senator Sharp, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                   
Uniform Rule 23 be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 148 "An Act                       
relating to the Alaska Railroad Corporation; and providing for an              
effective date" for the Transportation Committee meeting on March              
11.  Senator Duncan objected, then withdrew his objection.  There              
being no further objections, it was so ordered.
