President Halford added a Finance Committee referral to SENATE                 
BILL NO. 145 "An Act establishing the position of state medical                
examiner; and relating to preparation of death certificates."                  
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the                      
Judiciary Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 145.
