Full Journal pdf1993-05-08 Senate Journal Page 2201 SENATE JOURNAL ALASKA STATE LEGISLATURE EIGHTEENTH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION Juneau, Alaska Saturday May 8, 1993 One Hundred Eighteenth Day Pursuant to adjournment the Senate was called to order by President Halford at 11:33 a.m. The roll showed seventeen members present. Senators Kerttula, Rieger, Zharoff were absent. The prayer was offered by the Chaplain, Senator Taylor. Senator Pearce led the Senate in the pledge of allegiance. CERTIFICATION Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the journal for the one hundred seventeenth legislative day be approved as certified by the Secretary. Without objection, it was so ordered. MESSAGES FROM THE GOVERNOR SB 122 Message of May 7 was read, stating the Governor signed the following bill and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing: HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 122(JUD) "An Act relating to the disclosure of information by an employer about the job performance of an employee or former employee."
