SB 122                                                                       
The reconsideration on SENATE BILL NO. 122 am "An Act relating                 
to the disclosure of information by an employer about the job                  
performance of an employee or former employee" was not taken up                
this legislative day and the bill was referred to the Secretary for            
engrossment.                                                                   
SB 134                                                                       
President Halford added a Labor and Commerce Committee referral                
to SENATE BILL NO. 134 "An Act establishing credits for                        
purchasers of state royalty oil for expenditures made by those                 
purchasers on qualifying capital investments to be applied against             
liquidated purchase arrearages established in contracts, settlements,          
or final judgments; and providing for an effective date."                      
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 134 was referred to the Senate Special                         
Committee on Oil and Gas, Labor and Commerce, Judiciary and                    
Finance Committees.                                                            
Senator Salo moved and asked unanimous consent that she be                     
excused from a call of the Senate from afternoon plane time April              
8 through April 12.  Without objection, Senator Salo was excused.              
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the Senate               
return to Messages from the House.  Without objection, it was so
