                                CERTIFICATION                                
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the journal              
for the fiftieth legislative day be approved as certified by the               
Secretary.  Senator Duncan objected, then withdrew his objection.              
There being no further objection, the journal for the fiftieth day was         
certified.
