SB 84                                                                        
Senator Salo moved and asked unanimous consent that she be shown               
as a cosponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 84 "An Act relating to fees                  
for identification cards and certain motor vehicle licenses and                
permits; to licenses issued to drivers and to revocation of a license          
to drive; and providing for an effective date."   Without objection,           
it was so ordered.                                                             
                                                                               
SB 91                                                                        
Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that he be shown               
as a cosponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 91 "An Act providing for                     
coverage of midwife services under Medicaid; reordering the priority           
of optional services provided by the state under Medicaid; and                 
providing for an effective date."   Without objection, it was so               
ordered.

Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that he be shown               
as a cosponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 98 "An Act making                            
appropriations for restoration projects relating to the Exxon Valdez           
oil spill; and providing for an effective date."   Without objection,          
it was so ordered.                                                             
                                                                               
SB 103                                                                       
President Halford added a Judiciary Committee referral to SENATE               
BILL NO. 103 "An Act relating to air quality control and the                   
prevention, abatement, and control of air pollution; and providing for         
an effective date."                                                            
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 103 was referred to the Resources, Judiciary                   
and Finance Committees.                                                        
                                                                               
Senator Zharoff moved and asked unanimous consent that he be                   
excused from the Senate, not subject to a call, on February 11.                
Without objection, Senator Zharoff was excused.
