Without objection, it was so ordered. HOUSE BILL NO. 144 was referred to the Rules Committee. SB 95 Senator Zharoff moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE BILL NO. 95 "An Act relating to multiple-beneficiary charitable gaming permits and door prizes for charitable gaming; and providing for an effective date" be withdrawn. Senator Taylor objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objections, SENATE BILL NO. 95 was withdrawn. SB 150 Senator Taylor, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the Judiciary Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 150 "An Act providing for oil and gas exploration licenses, and oil and gas leases, in certain areas of the state; and providing for an effective date." Senator Duncan objected. The question being: "Shall the Judiciary Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 150?"
