Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Pearce moved and asked unanimous consent that she be allowed to change her excused time from evening plane time, March 24 to evening plane time, March 25 and that she be excused from a call of the Senate from 5:00 p.m., March 23 to morning plane time, March 24. Without objection, Senator Pearce was excused. Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that he be excused from a call of the Senate from evening plane time, March 12 through morning plane time, March 15. Without objection, Senator Ellis was excused. Senator Duncan moved and asked unanimous consent that he be excused from a call of the Senate from evening plane time, March 12. SENATE BILL NO. 95 was referred to the Community and Regional Affairs, Labor and Commerce, Judiciary and Finance Committees.
