Senator Zharoff moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                  
BILL NO. 90 be returned to second reading for the purpose of a                 
specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 1.  Without                       
objection, it was so ordered.

Page 1, line 3: add:  "and providing for an effective date."                   
                                                                               
Page 2, line 20:  add "* Sec. 3. This Act takes effect July 1, 1993."
