SB 25                                                                        
Senator Little moved and asked unanimous consent that she be                   
shown as a cosponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 25 "An Act relating                    
to the detention and incarceration of minors."  Without objection, it          
was so ordered.                                                                
                                                                               
SB 78                                                                        
Senator Jacko moved and asked unanimous consent that he be shown               
as a cosponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 78 "An Act relating to                       
deadlines for action on funding of public education; and providing             
for an effective date."   Without objection, it was so ordered.                
                                                                               
HB 114                                                                       
Senator Kelly, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                   
Uniform Rule 23 be waived on HOUSE BILL NO. 114 (efd add)                      
"An Act allowing the Board of Nursing to authorize an advanced                 
nurse practitioner to dispense medical, therapeutic, and corrective            
measures; and providing for an effective date" for the Labor and               
Commerce Committee meeting on March 11 pending referral.                       
                                                                               
Senator Duncan objected.  Senator Kelly moved and asked                        
unanimous consent that his motion be withdrawn.  Without objection,            
it was so ordered.                                                             
                                                                               
Senator Kelly, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the               
Labor and Commerce Committee referral be waived on HOUSE                       
BILL NO. 114 (efd add) "An Act allowing the Board of Nursing to                
authorize an advanced nurse practitioner to dispense medical,                  
therapeutic, and corrective measures; and providing for an effective
