Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE BILL NO. 57 was referred to the Secretary for engrossment. SB 173 SENATE BILL NO. 173 "An Act relating to health insurance for small employers; and providing for an effective date" was read the second time. Senator Pearce moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 1269. Senator Duncan objected, then withdrew his objection.
