The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 252 "An                       
Act prohibiting the possession of child pornography" and                       
recommended the Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page                 
2884 be adopted.  Signing do pass: Senators Pearce, Frank, Cochairs,
