Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the State Affairs Committee Substitute offered on page 1219. Senator Adams offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 2, line 12, After "examination" Insert "or taken other actions that are appropriate under the circumstances" Senator Adams moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Senator Taylor objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objections, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 145(STA) am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Donley objected.
