The Finance Committee considered SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR                        
SENATE BILL NO. 91 "An Act providing for coverage of midwife                   
services under Medicaid; reordering the priority of optional services          
provided by the state under Medicaid; and providing for an effective           
date" and recommended the Health, Education and Social Services                
Committee Substitute offered on page 896 be adopted.  Signing do               
pass:  Senator Pearce, Cochair, Senators Kelly, Sharp.  Signing no
