Senator Adams requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                     
SENATE BILL NO. 82(TRA) "An Act relating to the Dalton                         
Highway" be taken up.

reconsideration.                                                               
                                                                               
Senator Frank moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption               
of Letter of Intent No. 1 offered on page 1250.  Without objection,            
the first Letter of Intent was adopted.                                        
                                                                               
Senator Frank moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption               
of Letter of Intent No. 2 offered on page 1251.  Without objection,            
the second Letter of Intent was adopted.
