Senator Duncan requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR                    
SENATE BILL NO. 53(FIN) am(efd fld) "An Act relating to                        
payment for abortions under Medicaid and general relief medical                
assistance; annulling changes made by certain regulations adopted by           
the Department of Health and Social Services relating to funding of            
abortion services under the general relief medical program" be taken           
up.
