Senator Pearce moved and asked unanimous consent that the                      
publication notice be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 30 "An Act                     
extending the termination date of the Alaska Minerals Commission"              
for a Finance Committee meeting on February 1.  Without objection,             
it was so ordered.
