HB 263 SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 263 "An Act relating to municipal property tax exemptions" was held to the March 15 calendar. HJR 36 CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 36(HES) Urging the federal Department of Health and Human Services to repeal the "100-hour rule" relating to employment of certain persons receiving AFDC and to replace it with a regulation that will serve as an incentive for AFDC recipients to accept employment of more than 100 hours a month, was held to the March 15 calendar. UNFINISHED BUSINESS Action was not taken on the following Executive Orders and they were returned to the Governor's Office March 14: EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 88 Transferring the responsibility for adventure-based education from the Department of Community and Regional Affairs to the Department of Health and Social Services.
