CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 53(FIN) am "An Act relating to                          
payment for abortions under Medicaid and general relief medical                
assistance; annulling changes made by certain regulations adopted by           
the Department of Health and Social Services relating to funding of            
abortion services under the general relief medical program; and                
providing for an effective date" was read the third time.                      
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 53(FIN)                     
am "An Act relating to payment for abortions under Medicaid and                
general relief medical assistance; annulling changes made by certain           
regulations adopted by the Department of Health and Social Services
