Senator Leman, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                   
Uniform Rule 23 be waived on HOUSE CONCURRENT                                  
RESOLUTION NO. 5 Relating to the twenty-fifth annual Girls State,              
for the State Affairs Committee meeting February 24.  Without                  
objection, it was so ordered.

                                 ENGROSSMENT                                 
SJR 20                                                                       
SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 20 Disapproving the Local                          
Boundary Commission recommendation regarding the annexation of                 
territory to the City of Palmer, was engrossed, signed by the                  
President and Secretary and transmitted to the House for                       
consideration.
