Smith and the court orders issued in that case that impose required conditions of confinement and continued monitoring and oversight of the correctional system by the courts dissolved or modified, was read the second time. Senators Phillips, Little, Pearce, Rieger, Frank, Miller moved and asked unanimous consent that they be shown as cross sponsors on the bill. Without objection, it was so ordered.
