Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 538(HES) was referred to the Secretary for engrossment. HB 548 HOUSE BILL NO. 548 "An Act relating to the construction of the Alaska Orbital Launch Complex by the Alaska Aerospace Development Corporation" was read the second time. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that HOUSE BILL NO. 548 be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. HOUSE BILL NO. 548 was read the third time.
