Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 517(JUD) be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Duncan objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objections, the bill was advanced to third reading. CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 517(JUD) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 517(JUD) "An Act relating to innocent misrepresentations by agents in real property transfers" pass the Senate?"
