Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 513(STA) be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Ellis objected. Senator Little offered the following Letter of Intent: Letter of Intent for CS for HOUSE BILL NO. 2(RLS) Wherever possible, the Department of Education will conduct 2 separate drug tests before commencing a disciplinary hearing.
