HOUSE BILLS IN SECOND READING HB 454 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 454(FIN) "An Act making a supplemental appropriation to the Department of Law to pay costs of certain continuing legal proceedings; and providing for an effective date" which had been held in second reading (page 3983) was before the Senate. Senator Rieger moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Rules Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 3972. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 454(RLS) was adopted. SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 454(RLS) was read the second time.
