Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered. HOUSE BILL NO. 394 was signed by the President and Secretary and returned to the House. PROCLAMATION Under the authority of art. II, sec. 9, and art. III, sec. 17, of the Alaska Constitution, and in the public interest, I call the Eighteenth Legislature of the State of Alaska into its first special session at Juneau, Alaska in the legislative chambers on May 10, 1994 at 10:30 p.m. to consider the enactment of laws (1) relating to state agency fiscal procedures including procedures related to the assessment by the Department of Revenue for certain state taxes and for collection, after assessment, of those taxes due the state set out in CS SB 377 (FIN) am with the following additional provisions: (A) establishing a methodology for valuation of oil for purposes of AS 43.55; (B) amending the term "gross value at the point of production" for purposes of AS 43.55: (C) adding definitions for "condensate," "distillate," and "gas processing plant" for the purpose of AS 43.55;
