Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered. HOUSE BILL NO. 356 was signed by the President and Secretary and returned to the House. HB 362 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 362(HES) am "An Act relating to the statute of limitations for actions brought upon a child support judgment; and establishing the crime of aiding the nonpayment of child support" was read the second time. Senator Taylor, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Judiciary Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 4220. Objections were heard. RECESS Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the Senate stand in recess to the Joint Session.
