Full Journal pdf1994-05-04 Senate Journal Page 4332 UNFINISHED BUSINESS SB 301 Forthcoming Finance Committee Substitute (page 4315) for SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL NO. 301 was received: CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL NO. 301(FIN), entitled: "An Act allowing a school district to offset a reduction of five percent or more in elementary and secondary school instructional units that the district is eligible to receive under the foundation formula; and providing for an effective date." HB 301 Senator Taylor, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the Judiciary Committee referral be waived on CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 301(L&C) "An Act prohibiting the sale of certain studded tires or the sale of certain studs to be installed in tires; and providing for an effective date." Objections were heard. The question being: "Shall the Judiciary Committee referral be waived?"
