HOUSE BILL NO. 209 was signed by the President and Secretary and returned to the House. THIRD READING OF SENATE BILLS SB 89 Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 89(FIN) "An Act making appropriations for capital project matching grant programs; and providing for an effective date" be placed at the bottom of today's calendar. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that his motion be withdrawn. Without objection, it was so ordered. CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 89(FIN) which had been held to the May 8 calendar (page 2121) was read the third time. Senator Pearce moved that CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 89(FIN) be returned to second reading for the purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 1.
