Without objection, it was so ordered. HOUSE BILLS IN THIRD READING HB 47 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 47(FIN) which had been held on reconsideration (page 4499) was before the Senate. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 47(FIN) "An Act relating to primary elections and to the delivery of the primary ballots to persons making application for them when, by operation of political party rule, two or more primary ballots must be provided to the public; preventing a voter from changing the voter's party affiliation within 30 days of a primary election when two or more primary ballots must be provided to the public; and annulling a related regulation; and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?" CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 47(FIN)(fld S) was returned to the House. HB 183 SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 183(TRA) which had been held on reconsideration (page 4499) was before the Senate.
