CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 183(FIN) am "An Act directing the                        
identification and delineation of a transportation and utility corridor        
between Fairbanks and the Seward Peninsula; and providing for an               
effective date" was read the second time.                                      
                                                                               
Senator Sharp moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption               
of the Transportation Senate Committee Substitute offered on page              
3626.  Senator Duncan objected, then withdrew his objection.  There            
being no further objections, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE                        
BILL NO. 183(TRA) was adopted.                                                 
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 183(TRA) was read                          
the second time.

CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 214(JUD) "An Act allowing the parent                     
or legal guardian of a minor to disclose information about the minor           
to certain state officials and state employees; prohibiting further            
disclosure of the information to unauthorized persons; amending                
Alaska Child in Need of Aid Rule 22; and providing for an effective            
date" was read the second time.                                                
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                   
HOUSE BILL NO. 214(JUD) be advanced to third reading and                       
placed on final passage.  Without objection, it was so ordered.                
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 214(JUD) was read the third time.                        
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 214(JUD)                     
"An Act allowing the parent or legal guardian of a minor to disclose           
information about the minor to certain state officials and state               
employees; prohibiting further disclosure of the information to                
unauthorized persons; amending Alaska Child in Need of Aid Rule                
22; and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?"  The roll           
was taken with the following result:
