SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 64(FIN) am S "An                           
Act creating the crimes of stalking in the first and second degrees            
and providing penalties for their violation; providing a peace officer         
with the authority to arrest without a warrant a person the peace              
officer has reasonable cause to believe has committed stalking;                
relating to the release before trial of a person accused of stalking;          
prohibiting the suspension of imposition of sentence of a person               
convicted of stalking; relating to the crime of assault in the third           
degree; and providing for an effective date" was placed on the                 
Senate Secretary's Desk in the Pending File.                                   
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the balance              
of today's calendar, with the exception of citations, be held to the           
May 3 calendar.  Without objection, it was so ordered.                         
                                                                               
HB 126                                                                       
SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 126 "An Act                              
establishing the current prevailing rate of wages issued at least 10           
days before the final submission of bids as the prevailing wage rate           
for public construction projects and requiring periodic adjustment of          
the wage rate" was held to the May 3 calendar.
