eligibility for and payments of public assistance" was calendared              
pending referral to the Rules Committee from the Finance                       
Committee. It was not offered today as it was not reported out of

providing for an effective date" was read the second time.                     
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that HOUSE                    
BILL NO. 112 be advanced to third reading and placed on final                  
passage.  Senator Little objected, then withdrew her objection.  There         
being no further objections, the bill was advanced to third reading.           
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 112 was read the third time.
