Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Judiciary Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 2111. Senator Duncan rose to a point of order citing Uniform Rule 41(b). President Halford ruled the amendment, that being the Judiciary Senate Committee Substitute (page 2111), out of order. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that HOUSE BILL NO. 160(title am) be removed from the calendar and returned to the Rules Committee.
