It is the intent of the House Health, Education and Social Services            
committee that, at the earliest practical opportunity after CSHB
(HES) becomes law, the department dispatch notifications to each            
emergency physician in the state as well as to each emergency medical          
technician and mobile intensive care paramedic in the state."
