CONSIDERATION OF THE DAILY CALENDAR (continued) SECOND READING OF SENATE RESOLUTIONS SCR 25 Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the House move down the calendar to SCR 25. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The following was read the second time: SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 25 Suspending Uniform Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the Alaska State Legislature concerning House Bill No. 249, relating to electrical and mechanical administrators. The question being: "Shall SCR 25 pass the House?"
