SCR 21                                                                       
Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the             
following resolution be taken up as a Special Order of Business at this        
time:                                                                          
                                                                               
SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 21                                           
Suspending Uniform Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the                   
Alaska State Legislature concerning House Bill No. 505, making                 
appropriations.                                                                
                                                                               
There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
SCR 21 was read the second time.                                               
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall SCR 21 pass the House?"  The roll was
