SB 242 SENATE BILL NO. 242 by Senator Taylor, entitled: "An Act relating to office hours of state agencies." was read the first time and referred to the State Affairs Committee. COMMUNICATIONS A letter dated March 1, 1994, was received from John Ostashek, Government Leader, and Tony Penikett, Leader of the Official Opposition, Yukon Legislative Assembly, inviting the Alaska State Legislature to send a delegation to the Yukon for a legislative exchange on any date after March 13, 1994. The Speaker stated that members interested in serving on the delegation should contact her office. The letter is on file in the Chief Clerk's office. **The presence of Representative Ulmer was noted.
