Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS             
CSSB 142(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading               
and placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so              
ordered.                                                                       
                                                                               
HCS CSSB 142(FIN) was read the third time.
